How can I find out about how my pet is doing when I am at work or on vacation?

Another way is to call us and we will return your phone call as soon as possible.

In addition, you can send a text message to us any time for information, questions or concerns.

Finally, email is also a great way of communication. We check our email
a few times a day to keep up with the needs or our clients.

Do you have references?

We have multiple references that are available upon request.

Do you have any restrictions related to weather conditions?

Yes, we do. In fact, we are very sensitive about the topic of overheating. We never take dogs for longer walks if the temperature rises above 86-88 degrees, only very short 5-15 minutes walks/potty breaks. Dogs, especially short muzzled ones, are prone to overheating and heat stroke in a very short period of time being outside. The heat stroke can be fatal. The only way for a doggie to sweat is through panting with the open mouth, however on very hot days just panting is not enough to cool sufficiently. Also, the doggies fur coat makes it much more difficult to cool through panting on hot days. We greatly care about our furry clients and want them to be healthy, safe and live long lives. We try to find the best alternative to entertain and exercise the dogs on extreme weather days. The Car Rides and Play times inside the house are great temporary substitutions for the hot days.

I have a large back yard do I still need to walk my dog?

Walking, exploring and sniffing is absolutely essential for any dog, big or small. Dogs are pack animals and from their ancestors they inherit the essential need to travel miles everyday, to explore, to see new places and doing their doggie business which is sniffing and marking new territories. Also, dogs communicate through sniffing and marking. There are 40 times more receptors in their nose than in human's and every time dogs sniff they see an image in their head, which tells them where and from whom the smell comes from. They are literally talking to the world by using their highly sensitive noses. Walking and exercising is a great way to release extra energy, feel more happy, gain physical and emotional balance. A large yard is just an extension of a house. All scenes and smells stay the same, there is no stimulation to be found or exploring to be done. Behavioral issues of dogs who regularly walk are reduced greatly. Imagine if you always stay in the same house, same yard and never or rarely went out. How would it make you feel?

What forms of payments do you accept?

Think of specific questions you want to ask or requirements/concerns you want us to know. We will listen carefully and will copy all the necessary information about your pet's routine and your house. Client Testimonials

Thanks so much for caring for my Golden Retriever Angel and my Calico cat Evey. It is such a relief to know that they are in good hands with someone who genuinely enjoys looking after animals.

Being able to go on my trips and not have any concerns back home is worth ever so much to me.

Thanks Natalya...you're the best!
