HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT HOW MY PET IS DOING WHEN I AM AT WORK OR ON VACATION?
We always keep in close touch with each of our clients. There are several ways to communicate with us. First, we always send a detailed text after each visit. The text update fully reflects the status of the pet and home.

Another way is to call us and we will return your phone call as soon as possible.

Finally, email is also a great way of communication. We check our email
a few times a day to keep up with the needs of our clients.

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?

We have multiple references that are available upon request.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS RELATED TO WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Yes, we do. In fact, we are very sensitive about the topic of overheating. We never take dogs for longer walks if the temperature rises above 86-88 degrees, only very short 5-15 minutes walks/potty breaks.

Dogs, especially short muzzled ones, are prone to overheating and heat stroke in a very short period of time being outside. A Heat stroke can be fatal. The only way for a doggie to sweat is through panting with the open mouth, however on very hot days just panting is not enough to cool sufficiently.

Also, the doggies fur coat makes it much more difficult to cool through panting on hot days. We care greatly about our furry clients and want them to be healthy, safe and live long lives. We try to find the best alternative to entertain and exercise the dogs on extreme weather days. The Car Rides and Play times inside the house are great temporary substitutions for the hot days.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR SERVICE?

Please use the special form on the contact page or any service page to sign up for our services. In addition, you can always call or email us so we can discuss your pet’s particular needs and your requirements.

WHEN THE PAYMENT IS DUE?

Each payment is due before the beginning of each service.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Please allow 30 to 60 minutes for our first in-home meeting. We will have to complete some paperwork and go over instructions.

Think of specific questions you want to ask or requirements/concerns you want us to know. We will listen carefully and will copy all the necessary information about your pet’s routine and your house.

Have a list of emergency phone numbers, including your veterinarian available. Also, we will need a spare set of house keys at the first meeting/greeting.
